Our Flow! INFORM Theatre
Between March and May 2018, The Artifact worked in partnership with INFORM Theatre, a group of young adults with learning disabilities, ran by Tayberry Enterprise and rehearsing at Dundee Rep Theatre. Together we are used dance and spoken word to create a new performance surrounding the theme of disability hate crime. The participants, who have experiences of autism, aspergers, downs syndrome ADHD and more, had the opportunity to define what disability hate crime means to them, and how to combat it. We hope that the final results will eventually make their way into an educational film. We've also been working with Dundee and Angus ADHD Support Group, contributing to their ADHD awareness research, but through dance and spoken word!
